12 medium potatoes
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Peel and boil potatoes. Mash well. Cool until lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients. Mix as a dough. Roll out and cut into squares.
For filling, fry in oil some onion and sauerkraut cabbage. Pinch together each square and place pinched side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until brown.
If not browned on top, turn over and bake a little longer.
