Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The September issue of The Senior Paper will be mailed Aug. 26th. Subscribers can expect to receive their paper anytime after Aug. 26th, however, Canada Post cannot say when delivery will arrive.

Issues should typically arrive within a week to 10 days of mailing, however, if your paper is late, please allow until Sept. 16th for Canada Post to deliver your paper. If your paper has not arrive by Sept. 16th, please click here to report it as lost and we will send a replacement. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this difficult time.

June 29/20

The July/August issue of The Senior Paper will be mailed on July 2nd. Subscribers can expect to receive their paper anytime after July 2nd, however, Canada Post cannot offer an estimate on delivery timelines. Issues should typically arrive within a week of mailing, however, if your paper is late, please allow until July 24th for Canada Post to deliver your paper. If your July/August issue has not arrived by July 24th, please click here to report it as lost and we will send a replacement.

May 15/20

The May 2020 issue of The Senior Paper was mailed April 29th. Most subscribers will have received their May issue by now, however, we are aware of delivery delay issues in some areas, as Canada Post deals with reduced staff and larger-than-normal volumes of parcels due to COVID-19 (See video below). Canada Post is asking for patience as your paper is in the mail and on its way. We are also asking for subscribers to be patient in the time and we are hopeful that Canada Post will deliver your paper as soon as they can.

Mar. 31/20

The April 2020 issue of The Senior Paper has been delivered to Canada Post for delivery. Barring any unforeseen disruptions to the mail service, our subscribers can expect to receive their copies in the mail between Apr 2-8. If your paper hasn’t arrived by April 15 (extended deadline due to the Easter long weekend), please contact us and we will send a replacement and notify the post office of the lost issue. As the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to assure our subscribers that we are doing all we can to continue publishing The Senior Paper. 

We are currently working on the April issue and are proceeding under the assumption that printing and mailing will go ahead as scheduled on April 1, 2020. There are several factors beyond our control, however, we are in constant contact with our printing and delivery partners and will provide any updates if the situation changes.
