Soon nature will awaken all around
And the plants and grass will then start to grow
As the moisture and sun will warm the ground
For then we’ll know that the winter has left.
It will be a good time to go outside
Where we all can enjoy the fresh spring air
And see new green grass on the countryside
As it brings hope for another season.
There is still more seeing life at its best
When the animals and mates romp about
While we’re watching a bird building its nest
And seeing the happy children at play.
