Green Beans Romano

From our April 2012 issue

1 lb frozen Romano cut green beans
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp melted butter
instant minced onions
1⁄4 tsp seasoned salt
1⁄4 tsp oregano
pinch thyme
1⁄4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese

Cook ­green beans and drain. Place in buttered casserole. Slice tomatoes and place on top. Drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle on onions, salt, oregano, and thyme.

Top with mozza cheese and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serves four.
