From Noreen Kimery – Kipling, Sask.
1 large steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Place steak pieces in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with soup mix.
Pour mushroom soup (undiluted) over the steak.
Cover and bake at 200° for 5 hours. Add water if necessary to make more gravy.
