4 eggs
8 oz creamed cottage cheese
2 cups chopped cooked ham
1⁄2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp chopped green pepper dash of pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into a greased small casserole dish.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Serves four.
