Tuna Burgers

1 can flaked tuna
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg

1⁄2 cup chopped celery
1⁄4 cup chopped onion
1⁄2 cup low-calorie salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Drain tuna. Put in a bowl and fluff with a fork.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Form into patties.

Fry in a lightly oiled pan for 3 to 4 minutes each side.

Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
