Christmas Chrunches

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup dry chow mein noodles
1 cup unsalted peanuts

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a large glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Stir in chow mein noodles. Add peanuts and stir until combined. Drop by about 2 teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill until firm.

Makes 2 dozen, recipe can be doubled. Freezes well.
