Goose attack!

From our January 2013 issue

Early one morning, my husband and I left our motor home parked at Chitek Lake and got in our SUV to drive to Prince Albert.

As we got on the highway a mother goose and her six or seven goslings were crossing the highway at the same time, so we stopped to let them go by and also admire them.

The mother did not appreciate that at all. She came hissing at us with her wings spread like she would have attacked our car! My heart was racing seeing that mother so protective of her young.
