Vegetables with Spicy Honey Peanut Sauce

1⁄2 cup liquid honey
1⁄4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1⁄8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups sliced carrots
4 cups snow peas
6 cups cooked white rice

Combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, cilantro, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside. Steam vegetables until crisp-tender and then drain well. In a large bowl, toss steamed vegeta- bles with peanut butter sauce. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
