Apple Strudel

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1-1⁄2 cups milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 or 3 grated apples
  • 1⁄2 cup raisins
  • 3 tbsp coconut
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Blend together flour, milk, 1 cup white sugar, baking powder, butter, and vanilla until thick enough to roll. Roll out dough. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and spread overtop dough. Roll up dough and place on a well-greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. (Makes two strudels)
