2. On the sign up page, choose the access & billing frequency—either Monthly or Annual—by clicking the circle radio button beside the desired option:

3. Under Create Account – enter your First & Last Nameemail address, and choose and verify a password to setup the account:

4. Under Enter Billing Address – enter the billing address associate with the credit card you will use for payment:

5. Enter 16 digit Visa/Mastercard number, expiry month and year, and three digit code (found on the back of the card);

6. Read the account condition and click the checkbox beside the understanding and agreement statement to accept and continue
